La Poderosa L (Blondie), born in 1989, was a great mare. She was the first Peruvian Paso Carla had ever ridden and Carla loved her so much she simply had to have her and she was purchased that day. She was fantastic in her gait, never breaking. She was a horse that was special to the whole family. As she aged and was less able to have the quality of life she should, we did everything possible to give her comfort. Unfortunately, even great horses are lost eventually. Everyone loved her, she was part of the family and is greatly missed.
